Born in 1984, he is now a laboratory import talent. He used to be a researcher and doctoral supervisor of School of Geographical Sciences, East China Normal University.
Winner of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, he won the "Shiyafeng Cryosphere and Environment Fund Young Scientist Award" in 2019.
He is mainly engaged in the basic theory of basin hydrology, cryosphere hydrology, ecological hydrology and other research work. The theory of optimal root zone water storage is put forward to solve the problem of deducing the core parameters of runoff production. A new topographic hydrologic model is constructed, and a new method to solve the basic problems of hydrology is put forward. A new conceptual hydrological model for the cold region was independently developed and coupled with multi-source data such as ground, remote sensing and isotope data, which significantly reduced the simulation uncertainty. He has published more than 60 academic papers in the field of geoscience, and 26 SCI papers as the first author and corresponding author. He is currently the editorial board member of the first district Journal Hydrology and Earth System Sciences and the deputy editor of the Journal of Hydrology.
