为深入推进青藏高原地球系统科学领域的国际合作，提升青藏高原地球系统与资源环境全国重点实验室（以下简称全重实验室）在国际地球系统科学研究中的影响力和协同创新能力，现发布2026年度国际合作试点开放课题申请指南，有关事项通知如下：
一、 资助方向与内容
本年度重点支持围绕青藏高原地球系统科学及资源环境相关领域开展的国际合作，主要资助内容为国际联合野外科学考察。重点支持在青藏高原区域开展的野外科学考察活动。
特别说明：
1. 本项目支持的野外工作必须为外方科研人员参与的联合科考活动；
2. 不得列支仅由中方人员实施的常规野外调查、监测或采样等费用；
3. 申报时须在任务书中明确外方参与单位人员、联合考察路线及分工安排。
二、资助计划
拟资助项目数量：4 项
资助强度：10万元人民币/项
执行期限：2年
（根据年度考核情况，可按程序申请连续资助）
三、申请条件
1. 项目负责人须与全重实验室人员以合作名义申请，应具有副高级及以上职称，具有青藏高原地球系统科学或资源环境相关研究领域学术背景，并拥有良好国际合作研究基础；
2. 项目负责人须对项目计划任务的组织实施及经费使用的合规性、合理性负责。
四、经费管理要求
项目经费主要用于外方专家在青藏高原科考期间的国际旅费、住宿费、专家劳务费等与科考活动直接相关的费用。
注：项目不支持列支以下费用：出版/文献/信息传播/知识产权事务费；行政管理费用及与科研活动无直接关系的支出。
五、申报流程
申请人提交项目申请书，经全重实验室组织审核与评审后择优立项。申请截止日期：2026年1月31日。

The State Key Laboratory of Tibetan Plateau Earth System, Environment and Resources (TPESER) invites applications for the 2026 International Cooperation Open Research Projects, aiming to promote substantive international collaboration in Tibetan Plateau Earth system science and to strengthen joint research on environment and resources through field-based cooperation.
Research Focus
This call supports international joint field scientific expeditions related to the Tibetan Plateau Earth system science with a particular emphasis on field investigations conducted within the Tibetan Plateau region.
Projects should be designed and implemented as genuinely collaborative field programs involving both Chinese and international research teams.
Key Requirements
• Fieldwork must be conducted jointly with the active participation of international scholars;
• Routine field surveys, monitoring, or sampling carried out solely by Chinese teams are not eligible;
• Proposals should clearly describe the participating international partners, field routes, and division of responsibilities.
Funding and Duration
• Number of projects: Up to 4
• Funding level: RMB 100,000 per project
• Project duration: 2 years
(Continuation is subject to annual evaluation.)
Eligibility
• The principal investigator should hold a senior or associate senior academic position and have relevant expertise in Earth system science of the Tibetan Plateau;
• Experience in international research collaboration is required;
• The principal investigator is responsible for project coordination and the appropriate use of funds.
Use of Funds
Funding is intended to support direct costs of joint field expeditions, including international travel, accommodation, and expert honorary for foreign participants during fieldwork in the Tibetan Plateau.
Expenses not supported include publication costs, information dissemination, intellectual property services, administrative overheads, or other costs not directly related to scientific field activities.
Application Procedure
Applicants are requested to submit a proposal for review by TPESER. Projects will be selected through an evaluation process.
